What is the “stair cat”?
The “stair cat” is a cart equipped with rollers, which are moved electronically by our operators; stair cats are able to go up and down the stairs loading materials up to 400 kilos with maximum safety.
Do I have to ask for a mechanical lift to carry out the removal, since I live in a mansard?
Our staff, after inspection, will recommend if a mechanical lift is needed. In fact, living on a high floor does not necessarily imply the use of a mechanical lift. It also depends on the volume of goods to transport and on the framework of the stairs.
Which vehicles are used for shipping?

How long does a removal last?
It depends on the volume of furniture, on their type, on the distance between the departure and the destination and on the possibility to use the aerial work platform. In general, it can last from one to 2 days, but you can only be sure after an inspection has been made by a member of our staff.
Are you insured?
Any kind of removal is covered in each phase by appropriate insurance policies, which protect fully our customers.
